Does EMILYJANESHOP take returns or refunds?
Here at EMILYJANESHOP we strive to only provide products of the highest quality, due to the nature of our Products, all sales are final. However we understand that everyone is human and sometimes small mistakes can slip through the net, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the Product you purchased is defective.
If you receive and order you’re not happy with please get in touch by filling out the form on our contact page or, by emailing us at hello@emilyjaneshop.co.uk. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
Can I get a product in a different colour than the one listed?
Here at EMILYJANESHOP our items are unique and one of a kind and are therefore unable to be exactly replicated. We use primarily deadstock, and reclaimed vintage beads so often there is only one of each bead available.
However, we do have a variety of styles that are made with contemporary beads, (don’t worry they’re still glass or natural materials, and 100% plastic free) these are available in a variety of colours. These items will be specified in the item description. For ceramic pieces, should you get a breakage or damage I can replicate the design and re-string the necklace you have purchased making sure its good as new!

Can I buy if I’m outside of the UK?
Yes! EMILYJANESHOP delivers worldwide, delivery costs and estimated delivery times vary and are dependent on location, these will be calculated at the checkout point. Please note that while we aim to get your package delivered in the shortest time possible, delays can occur that are beyond our reach. All purchases will come with a tracking code so you can keep an eye on your purchase at all times.
Due to import tariffs we no longer ship to the USA.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to get all UK orders delivered within 3-5 days, orders outside of the UK and to the Channel Islands can take a little longer and may take up to two weeks in some cases. If you need your order before a certain date please get in touch with us and we’ll strive to get it delivered to you before this date.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled If a request is made before the item has been shipped. Any orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled after shipping, and we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty this is clearly stated in our store policies.

Pricing.
All prices listed in our Store are in GBP and inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
Payment.
We use secure, well-known payment systems to protect your financial information. We accept credit/debit card payments and PayPal. Full payment is required before any goods are dispatched.
Delivery.
We offer worldwide delivery. The delivery costs and estimated delivery times vary and are dependent on location, these will be clearly set out during the checkout process. Please note that we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Returns and Exchanges.
Due to the nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the Product you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective Product, please contact us immediately at hello@emilyjaneshop.co.uk. We will fully examine the received product and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will provide a shipping label and once the defective item has been received by us a refund of the purchase price will be issued using the original method of payment.
Alternatively, should you wish to replace the product, a shipping label will be provided to you to send the item back. A new product will then be shipped to you upon the arrival of the old product.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law.
Changes of Policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
